1. Be licensed and insured.  A few of our professional cleaners are contracted individuals.

2. Have two years of experience in the cleaning / janitorial industry. 

3. Employees need to pass our screening and background check.

4. Be reliable, have great communication skills, and have a good attitude. 

5. Pass five strict trial cleans.
